Piazza Navona is a magnificent square with a fountain by Bernini and a popular gathering point for Romans, with its bustling terraced cafés and seasonal fairgrounds. The apartment is also just a few steps from the Pantheon, the city’s best-preserved ancient temple, and a must-see for any first visit to Rome.

The Trevi Fountain, the world’s most famous fountain, is just around the corner. With ancient stones and archaeological fragments, this exclusive building offers an exquisite blend of period charm and modern comfort. Palazzo Romano Apartments can accommodate 26 guests across eight apartments plus four additional apartments (twelve apartments in total; thirteen bedrooms) spread over multiple floors.

Situated between Piazza Navona and the Pantheon, right in the heart of Rome, Palazzo Romano Apartments boasts deep historical roots. Large archaeological finds decorate the apartments, sourced from the family's private collection, which was started with passion at the end of the 19th century. Featuring ancient wooden doors and intricate inlays, the indoor space is enriched by precious ancient stones donated by the designer. Each stone bears witness to the glorious eras of Italian history, from the imperial age to the mediaeval era, up to the Renaissance.

This masterfully renovated 15th-century building boasts twelve apartments offering the ultimate blend of style and comfort. Alongside exquisitely modern design pieces, the family’s style is complemented by original elements like antique wooden doors, majestic columns, and a rich array of stones that are a common thread throughout the apartments. In addition to the stones already collected, various new ones have been added from prestigious Italian antiques dealers.

The timeless charm of Palazzo Romano Apartments is evident in each of its twelve prestigious apartments. Each apartment is unique, designed to meet guests’ needs: one Comfort Apartment, two Superior Apartments, four Prestige Apartments, and five Studio Apartments. The Palazzo has twelve individual apartments, four of which are made up of two connecting apartments and are classified as part of the Penthouse category. Each apartment can accommodate two guests and features its own private bathroom. One apartment, located on the third floor, accommodates up to four guests. Please note that the washing machine and dryer are available in the building, not in the apartments.

Ground Floor:
On the ground floor, you will find one Studio Apartment. This apartment boasts a spacious double bedroom (which can be transformed into a twin room) and a marble bathroom with a shower. Soft fabrics and elegant geometries create a refined environment where wood, stone, and marble coexist with a vibrant colour palette. The bedroom also features an exclusive free-standing bathtub. The apartment includes a cosy kitchen, a living corner complete with a sofa, and a patio with a table.

First Floor:
The first floor features two Studio Apartments, one Superior Apartment, and two Prestige Apartments. The first Studio Apartment has a double bedroom on a mezzanine level, a bathroom with a shower on the lower level, a living room, and a kitchen with a small table. The second Studio Apartment has a double bedroom with a bathroom on a mezzanine level (please note that this bathroom does not have a shower or tub). On the lower level, you will find a bathroom with a shower, a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, and a terrace.

The only Superior Apartment on this floor features a double bedroom, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, a second bathroom with a shower, and a terrace. The first Prestige Apartment includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a living room, a kitchen with a table, a guest bathroom, and a small terrace. The second Prestige Apartment boasts a double bedroom with a free-standing tub, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, a living room with a sofa, a kitchen, and a guest bathroom.

Second Floor:
The second floor features two Studio Apartments, one Comfort Apartment, one Superior Apartment, and one Prestige Apartment. Both Studio Apartments offer a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a cosy kitchen area. The Comfort Apartment on this floor includes a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and shower, an open-plan living space with a well-equipped kitchen, a convenient guest bathroom, and a charming terrace for relaxation.

The Superior Apartment on this floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, an open-plan living and dining area, a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower, and an additional bathroom with a shower. The Prestige Apartment on this floor offers a double bedroom with a luxurious free-standing tub, an en-suite bathroom with a shower, an open-plan living and dining area, a well-appointed kitchen, and a convenient guest bathroom.

Third Floor:
On the third floor, the sole apartment is a Prestige Apartment that accommodates up to four guests. This elegant apartment features two bedrooms linked by a spacious living room, complete with a comfortable sofa and a round table. It includes a twin room with an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower and, on the opposite side, a double bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom also with a shower. The apartment is further enhanced by a well-equipped kitchen and provides a stylish and comfortable stay for up to four guests.
