The Property
With its combination of antique furnishings, vibrant colours, and breathtaking surroundings, Property 69 is a beautifully restored country house nestled on the hillsides of volcanic rock in the heart of Campania. This charming villa offers a warm and welcoming atmosphere, blending the rich traditions of the region with comfort and style. Accommodating up to 11 guests, the villa boasts five bedrooms (four double and one single), making it the perfect retreat for families or groups of friends. 

The villa’s exterior is a serene retreat, surrounded by private gardens with palm trees, bougainvillea, and flowering plants. A private electric gate leads along a picturesque road lined with olive trees and flowers. Spacious terraces and a trellis-covered area provide peaceful spots to unwind, while the outdoor pergola with marble-top tables is perfect for al fresco dining. A beautiful swimming pool, set amid lush greenery, offers a refreshing escape with sun loungers for relaxing in the sun.

The ground floor features a spacious dining room for 10-12 guests, a cosy alcove, and a three-seater couch. The bathroom features lace curtains and an antique ceramic washbasin. Double doors lead to the terrace with lounge chairs. The second floor, accessible via external stairs, has two double bedrooms with twin beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.

For added privacy, the cottage, 60 metres from the main house, offers a cosy retreat with a sitting room, sofa (which converts to a single bed), and a picture window. The charming double bedroom, with terracotta floors, includes an en-suite bathroom with a shower, making it an ideal hideaway within the beautiful gardens.
