The Property
Built on the sloping cliff in front of the sea, Property 538 boasts expansive panoramic views of the ocean, beautiful terraces, and an exclusive swimming pool, providing the ultimate retreat in one of the most evocative corners of the Amalfi Coast. Nestled between an infinite blue sky and an azure sea, the spectacular clifftop setting of the villa ensures superb panoramas. This historic villa can accommodate up to twelve guests, featuring six double bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over three levels.

With stunning views of the sea, the villa boasts an exceptional infinity pool and a generous poolside area furnished with comfortable sun loungers and deckchairs for basking in the sun. On the middle level of the villa, which serves as the entrance level, you will find a spacious living room paved with terracotta tiles and featuring high vaulted ceilings. Through a French door, the living room has direct access to a terrace with sea views. From the living room, you can also access a generous, partly shaded, patio with a barbecue.

Flooded with natural light, the middle level also houses a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a high-vaulted ceiling, elegant furnishings, an impressive stone fireplace, and a large dining table that can accommodate up to twelve guests. On the same level, you will find three comfortable double bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower, and the other with a large shower. Both bathrooms can be accessed from the corridor.

Accessed from the terrace along an external stairway, the top level of the villa houses a generous suite featuring a double bedroom, a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower. On the top level, you will also find a spacious terrace with sun loungers and sea views. On the lower level, which is at garden level, you will find a suite featuring a double bedroom, a sitting area, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, as well as a sixth double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with a shower. Upon request, all six double bedrooms can be transformed into twin rooms.
